Quiz, Shop Agreement and Obtaining Access

• Take the Quiz
• Complete the Machine Shop Safety Agreement
• Return the completed Quiz,  the training transcripts from all online training classes and the CNS Shop Safety Agreement to the Safety Manager to receive access to the shop.
